Ben Javid and Shawn Javid in Valencia are just the dentists you are looking for. Their proficiency and experience will allow you to have complete confidence in them. Root canal treatments are designed to remove all infection and bacteria from a tooth, and then seal the area with composite material or by placing a dental crown to avoid a recurrence of root pain or infection. Root Canal Treatment Does Not Cause Pain, It Relieves It

Endodontics in Valencia can relieve your pain fast

If you find yourself in need of toothache relief even if it is a non-emergency root canal in Valencia, you may be apprehensive about the procedure. Knowledge is power and it may help to relieve your apprehension and make you comfortable about the process. When you are experiencing serious toothache pain, which is often accompanied by redness and swelling, the space inside the tooth called the pulp chamber will be inflamed or infected. This kind of dental discomfort could be caused by many different issues. The redness and swelling will cause pressure inside the chamber, which leads to toothache pain that can be persistent and intense. A root canal treatment will start with local anesthesia to numb the area. A small hole will be drilled, allowing access to the pulp chamber. The diseased tissue is then removed from the tooth and treated with antiseptic and antibacterial solutions. The canals are filled with rubber-like material topped with composite or a crown, depending on the state of the tooth. When done, the toothache pain is alleviated and you are on the road to recovery. Promenade Dentistry has had years of experience with root canals in Valencia. Call our 'best of the best' dentists for all of your emergency dental needs at (661) 347-1950.

"Understanding Your Tooth Pain"

"Understanding Your Tooth Pain"

Endodontics in Valencia may be a little hard to understand, but here is some information from Dr. Shawn Javid that might help

"Endodontic therapy at our office will help resolve many different problems such as: inflamed nerves, dying or dead nerves, cracked teeth, or failed previous treatment. Understanding this, you can see that there is not a single set of symptoms describing the necessity for a root canal. When the dentin or enamel covering your tooth involves decay, is injured or infected, it may damage the materials that protect your nerves. I will sort out all the pieces of information you provide to determine the best course of action. Signs that I will look for include tooth pain or swelling, sensitivity to hot and cold liquids, gum tenderness in the area near the tooth, recurring or insistent gum pimples, individually darkened teeth or exposure of a nerve. Nerves are exposed causing intense pain at times when a tooth becomes chipped, cracked or broken. These symptoms (or the pain that they generate) can be constant or they can come and go. There is no specific pattern of symptoms that can be associated with root canal inflammation but one or more of the signs I have listed are good indicators."
